No Show/Late Cancelation Changes:
Starting January 1, 2024, we’re introducing some enhancements/changes to our booking and class attendance policies, designed to benefit both our valued members and the Twisted Cycle location. Here’s what’s new:
- Accountability Fee: We are introducing a $5 accountability fee for no-shows and cancellations made within 6 hours of your booking. This change encourages better planning and consideration for others, ensuring everyone gets the most out of their experience.
- Flexibility for Non-Unlimited Members: For non-unlimited members, your booking credits will remain intact, and this policy change won’t impact your ability to reserve classes. This change will cause you to no longer lose your credits, so you can take all the classes you have paid for. You will be charged $5 in place of losing the credit.
- Enhanced Booking Experience: The $5 accountability fee promotes a seamless booking experience and ensures that available spots are efficiently used.
These updates aim to create a more positive and fair experience for all of our members while ensuring that we can continue to offer high-quality services. Suspension Policy Updates:
All membership suspensions/freezes must be made 14 days before the billing date in the studio, with a suspension/freeze payment form completed. All payments within 14 days of your freeze will be processed.
