12 Days of Twistmas: Sign Up Begins

Event Overview & Prize:

Members will complete 12 Workouts in 13 Days. If they achieve this challenge, they will receive a shirt or a tank in either Red or White. These shirts will cost $19.50 for the Franchisees and must be purchased through the shop. The last day to enter shirt orders will be December 2nd, so this will be the last day to sign up for the challenge. This is a strict deadline to ensure your shirts are delivered by December 17th. Please place your orders for challenge shirts in 1 bulk order for each location.

Cost for the Members:

$25 for Unlimited Members: Registration Fee + Free Shirt upon completing the challenge

$45 for 12x/month: Registration Fee + 6 Classes + Free Shirt upon completing the challenge

$65 for 8x/month: Registration Fee + 8 Classes + Free Shirt upon completing the challenge

4x/month & Classpacks: $25 Registration Fee + $10 for extra classes needed + Free Shirt upon completing the challenge

These price packages are inside of ClubReady under new agreements. You will need to WAIT UNTIL DECEMBER 1ST TO START their registration fee & classes! This will ensure that the credits are dropped into the member’s account from December 1st-December 20th! All sessions unused at the end of the challenge will be lost! If you check someone out too early, their sessions will expire 20 days from the purchase of that package and will likely expire before the challenge even starts.

When someone signs up, please note their shirt size so you know what to purchase in your order. This can also be checked in ClubReady as a product and have it charged as $0. This will allow you to run a report and see what shirt sizes you need to order by December 2nd.

Promotions for the Members:

All promotional content will be found in the December Folder inside Canva. Please wait until the main Twisted Cycle Page has posted the initial announcement before announcing. This will happen on November 16th.

Commonly Asked Questions:

Can members double up on classes?

• Yes, they just have to complete 12 workouts in the 13-day time period.

Can non-members join the challenge?

• Yes, non-members would pay for a 10 classpack and then purchase 2 additional challenge drop-ins for $10 each. They will also need to pay the $25 registration fee.

Will members be given shirts their shirt immediately if they complete the challenge early?

• No, shirts will be delivered before or on December 17th.
